A lot of the people who walk in have not seen a dentist in years. Some are embarrassed about that. Nobody here is going to make it worse.
That assumption shapes how the practice runs. You get told what is going on and what it costs before anything is started, not after. You are not sold a treatment plan you did not ask about. If something needs doing urgently we say so, and if it can wait we say that too.
The practical things follow from it. We are open Saturdays, because taking a weekday off is the reason a lot of people never book. The whole appointment can happen in Spanish. We take Medicaid and CHIP, which most Dallas practices do not. And we keep room in the schedule every day for people in pain, which works out at about thirteen a week.
Four dentists, one building

Dr. Azimi and Dr. Karimi cover general dentistry, Dr. Nguyen is our orthodontist and Dr. Hwangpo is a pediatric dentist. They all work here, which means a family can usually be seen in one trip and the records stay in one place.
