Three of the figures above mean something different without the sentence that goes with them, so those sentences are here rather than left out.

- This is a rounded average, not a claim that every review is five stars. A one-star review is publicly visible on the Google profile and the practice has replied to it.
- The 13 emergency visits a week
- 671 limited oral evaluations in the trailing twelve months, divided by 52, and rounded down from 12.9. It is stated per week because that is the unit that means something when a tooth is hurting today.
- The review count
- It moves every few days. 2,331 was read directly from the Google Business Profile on 2 September 2026, and the live profile is the number that counts.
Figures are not estimated, rounded up, or worked out from one another. A count of visits is never restated as a count of patients. Where the practice holds a number it cannot evidence, it stays off the site.
