New patients and walk-ins in Dallas
New patients are seen the same day. Walk-ins are welcome, we are open Saturdays, and the whole appointment can be in Spanish if you prefer. Here is exactly what happens when you come in.
New patients: what your first dental visit looks like
However long it has been, nobody here is going to make you feel bad about it. You will see the same dentist each visit, and if you are dreading it, say so when you book and we will talk through your options first.
-
01
Book in about a minute
Online any hour, or call and speak to the front desk during opening hours. No forms to print, no referral needed.
-
02
New patients are seen the same day
You are not waiting three weeks for a first appointment. Saturdays are open too, 10 am to 2 pm.
-
03
Your benefits get checked first
The desk works out what your plan covers before you sit in the chair, so the cost conversation happens up front rather than at the end.
-
04
You see what the dentist sees
Scans go up on the screen and get explained with a model in front of you. You are part of the decision, not handed a treatment plan at the desk.
Nervous? Ask about sedation when you book. Bilingual team, so you can do all of this in Spanish.
Book your first visitWalk-ins are welcome
It is stencilled on our front window on West Davis, and we mean it. You do not need an appointment to be seen.
Calling (469) 981-1700 first means we can have a room ready when you arrive, so it is worth thirty seconds if you have them. But if you are standing outside, come in.
What to bring to your first visit
-
Your insurance card
Or your Medicaid or CHIP card. We check what your plan covers before any treatment is planned.
-
A photo ID
Standard for a first visit anywhere.
-
A list of any medication you take
Including anything over the counter. It matters for what we can safely use.
-
Nothing else
No printed forms, no referral. If you have records from a previous dentist they help, but they are not required.
If it has been years, or you are dreading it
This is the most common reason people put off a dentist, and it is the reason this section exists.
However long it has been, nobody here is going to make you feel bad about it. Say so when you book and we will talk through the options before anything gets planned. Ask about sedation if you want it. You will see the same dentist at each visit, so you are not starting over with a stranger every time.
If you would rather see the place before you commit, our patients have written about exactly this.
